      I came into the logistics world with absolutely no knowledge of how things really worked. TQL took me in and provided all the tools necessary to become successful. The culture here is unreal and there is so much support from upper management to help me be the very best version I can be in this work environment.

      Cons

      This job is not for everyone. Sales is hard. However, the work you put in, is what you are going to get out. Many people come in here thinking you will get rich fast but that is not always the case. Everything good, takes time. If you want to be successful, you will have to put the work in.
