Pros
This job and company are great in many, many ways. It is certainly a job that will test you and challenge you to accomplish goals that are set for you and you set for yourself. The unbelievable support that is surrounding you at all times makes you want to progress to the best of your ability. We all lift each other up and encourage each other to improve and surpass what we believe is the best we can be. Not even to mention the reward that comes along with success in this job, whether it's internal or the celebrations TQL is constantly putting on for milestones and work well done.
Cons
The only con I think you could consider is perhaps how difficult the job can be at times, but it's all perspective. The amount of fulfillment this job will give you for rising to each challenge and pushing through the stressful days makes it all worth it.
