Pros
I've been working with TQL for approximately 7 years and have to say there are many great reasons to work at TQL. Some of the best reasons are: Earning potential, beautiful / clean building with lots of amenities (running track, fitness center, basketball court, cafeteria), great culture (we do work very hard but we also have fun doing it), and our growth, which keeps it fun and introduces new opportunities on a continual basis.
Cons
In the beginning of the sales position, you do have to put in long hours - 60 hrs p/w and you are on call 24/7. Not sure if I would consider this to be a downside as much as I would view it as a temporary sacrifice. This is a great job for someone who's able to make the time commitment in order to be placed on the fast track. If you could advance quickly and earn good money without making some time sacrifices, something would be fishy in my opinion. We are also very upfront with people during the interview process to make sure they're aware of what they are signing up for.
