Pros

Pro - Paid Training Pro - The financial rewards are there to back up the time / hard-work necessary to become successful Pro - Working with like minding people who are focused on becoming leaders in the logistics industry Pro - Help from fellow account executives / trainers / managers at every stage of your career to assist in your personal success Pro - Office happy hours/ quarterly outings around downtown Chicago Pro – The ability to work in one our satellite offices around the country (Tampa FL, Lexington KY, Charleston SC, Austin TX, Denver CO, etc. )

Cons

Very time intensive job. You can expect to put in 45 - 65 hours per week in the office and be on call after normal business hours. The cons for being a TQL employee stem mainly from the industry we serve. Many of the clients/carriers are operating 24/7/365, so as a result we are available to them 24/7/365 when they need us to solve problems.

Pros

It’s rewarding to do challenging things. Personal growth, financial growth and the ability to jump a lot of tax brackets at a young age. Enjoyable work environment, strong and successful company and a place you can really have a long career.

Cons

Not somewhere you can just show up and collect a paycheck. You have to be willing to put in work to grow, build and get better.

Pros

Great company to work for if you thrive in a fast-paced environment. The uncapped earning potential provides strong motivation and rewards hard work. Management emphasizes teamwork, creating a supportive culture where everyone works together to succeed. The company also offers excellent training, helping employees develop their skills and grow professionally. Overall, a great place for driven individuals looking to build a successful sales career

Cons

Working in sales isn't easy—it requires long hours, consistent hard work, and the ability to handle rejection on a daily basis. While the job can be challenging, it can also be incredibly rewarding for those who stay persistent and maintain a positive attitude.
