Pros
I have had numerous opportunites to grow and advance here. More than I expected. It is very exciting to be part of a company that puts such an emphasis on growth, integrity & employees. Growth and relocation options are quite real for the right player. High energy, really good people. Regular employee appreciation events and regular charity outings are the norm. So much more engaged with their people than most companies. A lot of college grads right out of school don't realize what they have here until they leave.
Cons
Like all companies, some teams have different leadership styles and norms. Keep your ears open. If you don't fit in one, take some initiative and grow where you need to. Most people who I hear complain here honestly just don't want to take ownership for their own issues.
