They mass fires people almost quarterly, for no reason and with no improvement plans in place for those getting fired. Recently entire teams have been fired in one day, with no apparent reasoning or acknowledgment from leadership. There is also no plans in place to cover the work of these people. No one is safe from a ground level employee up to the CTO.
The sales team has had almost 4 leaders in 2 years, each one getting fired, and yet that still hasn't solved the problem in actually selling and meeting goals.
The CEO treats the company as his personal sandbox and lets certain leaders run wild and interfere with departments and projects.
There are no clear company and department goals, and if there are they are constantly changing due to people getting fired.
They hide under the guise of "fast-paced startup", which could be true on paper, but everyone at the company realizes that it's a ticking time bomb with no reals plans to succeed.
