      The only positive thing is they provide remote opportunities

      Cons

      Waste of time. Five rounds of interviews and then trial period. After that also they will again negotiate your salary that was already promised after the interview process. A lot of micromanagement and limited growth opportunities.

      -At times, Frequent agressive and confrontational communication from a founding member -Minor issues were often escalated unnecessarily and feedback sometimes included character-focused remarks instead of clear feedback -Micromanagement by managers -Long working hours
