TopHire interview questions

The recruitment process consists of 4 rounds, the first round with the HR was quite nice, the second round was an assignment round and the third round was with the manager, the questions were not that difficult however her attitude and behavior towards the candidate is enough to make someone feel demotivated.

Bad. Chaotic, unstructured and too long. A total waste of time for the interviewers and the interviewee. Almost 7 rounds with the same set of questions every time. They need to first sit down and set a proper recruitment process or hire someone experienced to do it for them.
