This company is incredibly supportive of personal goals and offers plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. I've always received the support I needed and felt proud of the company and my manager. It's a place for those who are truly dedicated to hard work. Even working remotely, I feel like part of a team, with everyone driven to contribute and achieve more together.
Cons
The company relies on the current market, which is challenging right now. It gets stressful for us too since the market isn't very lucrative at the moment.
