      Pros

      The CEO is not engaging with the employees. Although I've worked with the company for over three years, I haven't been able to speak to the owner directly.

      Cons

      The company does not care about customer complaints. It took so long to resolve issues, especially refunds, and faulty products, that it ended up on the BBB watch lists and receiving countless fraud reports from the banks.

      Pros

      I was hired on after my manager was fired, so I didn't have a direct person to report to. I was enabled to make decisions based on my skills and experience.

      Cons

      My decisions were always vetoed by management, so not a lot of work got done. There is definitely a cultural barrier, and that impacted operations.
