I was hired by Timberland Partners in July(2019) a few months before opening Elevate at Southwest Station to be the Service Supervisor at Elevate! I of course accepted. All of the teams involved in visualizing, and executing such an awesome vision for a multi use space have been top notch! From the leadership of Bob to the excellent development provided by Laren, Bjørn and Bill; grew a great development that is Elevate! (at Southwest Station) there will be many more years to come. This development has provided and will continue to provide housing for so many families and businesses to grow and flourish in an excellent area of my beloved Minnesota. I can’t wait for what Timberland Partners and Elevate can achieve in the future. Not to mention the Amazing residents, both residential and commercial, without then this adventure would not be possible. It is an honor to serve Eden Prairie and Timberland Partners to manage the maintenance and logistics at Elevate at Southwest Station. I couldn’t imagine myself anywhere else at this point in my career. The relationships built in my role has (and will continue to) reward me greatly throughout my tenure. If Ten Stars were an option I would check the box, though when the service and maintenance does slip I know it is on us and our team, for which we drive, strive and do our best to achieve the standards we set to ourselves and the team. Makes for long days at times but it is so worth it!

Pros

Pay is good, fair expectations, team culture is great if everyone on your team contributes, friendly upper management and supportive sister sites.

Cons

Health benefits are severely lacking and could use a good overhaul for what we pay bi weekly for. The green track program is excellent if they had more opportunities of advancement, but in the field once you hit CM status, you’re basically just stuck. However, this is great for the company having low turnover in staffing.
