Great company provides amazing support to their employees. So many training opportunities, internal promotions, and everyone is amazingly supporting and willing to help with anything. The pay is also exceptional, definitely when compared to other companies operating in our current market.
Cons
Only con I could even think of to mention is that they expect a lot from their employees, so the job is certainly not for those looking for a job that doesn’t require much.

Pay is good, fair expectations, team culture is great if everyone on your team contributes, friendly upper management and supportive sister sites.
Cons
Health benefits are severely lacking and could use a good overhaul for what we pay bi weekly for. The green track program is excellent if they had more opportunities of advancement, but in the field once you hit CM status, you’re basically just stuck. However, this is great for the company having low turnover in staffing.
