Insurance benefits are good with many options available to meet an individuals need. Generally, the premiums are competitive but deductibles and out of pocket are a little high.
Bonuses are easily achieved, but slightly lower than what I have experienced with other companies. However, I have discovered that the slightly lower bonus potential is more easily achieved. And it is paid monthly instead of semi annually or annually. I feel confident that based on the bonus structure at Timberland Partners that my annual bonus will meet or exceed other higher bonus potentials that I have experienced.
