      Pros

      Coworkers are great, fun and smart. You'll learn a lot from them.

      Cons

      Lots of noise about company strategy. The CEO posts about AI a lot, even tho we're not in that space. He also post about potential new strategies like moving away from kubernetes which causes confusion about the direction of the company. He also posts about other companies and their business strategies instead of focusing on own. There's a want to over communicate to the employees that just ends up with them running out of topics so they communicate about things not related to the company and then the employees end up confused.

      Pros

      Throughout the interview process, I learned a lot about the company's core values from everyone I met. These core values, including "respect, support and collaborate with each other", which really resonate with me and helped me make my decision to join the team. I've been at the company for about a month and everyone around me has welcomed me and helped me get up to speed. I look forward to learning and contributing to the success of the company along side my peers!
