Pros
I've been working at Tigera for a little over 3 months, and have been blown away by the positive work culture here. I have a great manager who is very invested in my personal development, and many colleagues are wonderful mentors. The thing that really stands out is how receptive everyone is to feedback and self-aware of the challenges. There are always challenges at an early stage startup, but if I ever raise any issues or recommendations, my coworkers not only listen but also take that feedback onboard to improve those issues. I also find the work very interesting and a good challenge! I love "coming into" work every day.
Cons
Working at an early stage company always has growing pains - sometimes there can be a bit of disorganization or lack of process but I think leadership is very receptive to improving on those areas.
