Pros
You feel part of a big family because you are constantly involved and updated by CEO and the other managers, in company progresses and objectives through conferences and wider team meetings. Professionally there is a good growth plan provided and it is easy to be visible at all levels. Also colleagues at all levels are always friendly and ready to help.
Cons
The only improvement needs to be done in some "old style" policies like work location flexibility, which is allowed max one day per week and subject to the single managers and this is demotivating especially long haul commuters; international trips are not paid at all while you can claim expenses (why not leaving a daily forfeit to allow self management?); other travel allowances are too tight for today's prices; to get salary review you have to change position or to wait for a small increase based on inflation! Hope all these will be reviewed soon and the company will be the Top!
