I have immense respect for the technical teams — highly engaged, skilled, and passionate developers. Working with engineers here was a genuinely great experience.
Cons
I’m impressed how upper management managed to destroy such a great workplace. The company is clearly declining — worse benefits, lower salaries, and a toxic atmosphere. Ongoing mass layoffs of experienced developers. Replacement with external contractors who add little value. Internal developers are expected to act as “babysitters” for them. PeoplePartners were supposed to support employees, but were absent when issues were raised. The only real interaction happened when I was already leaving the company. Serious internal problems: lack of transparency and honesty from upper management. Employees’ ambition is exploited to maintain high productivity. No proper recognition or reward for employees’ efforts.
