Pros
- Awesome culture - Good engineering recruits - Transparent appraisals and promotions - Exposure to variety of industries - Gives you a feeling of a low end consulting firm - Work life balance easy to maintain - Doesn't stop employees from going for further studies
Cons
- New senior management from competitive firms; culture getting diluted - Stubborn Assistant Managers, only some; who are a burden on the firm and good for nothing basically - Signs of favoritism; some people close to Senior Managers are given better opportunities of working at client site or offices abroad - Work becomes repetitive after around 1 year of working. Its a good idea to start from here and switch in 2 years. - Aweful recruits from MBA colleges; for God's sake please stop hiring from Amity guys - Not many opportunities for high performers to go abroad/client site - New HRs are making it worse; gone are the days when Charu and Kanika handled the stuff, that too pretty well - CET telling lies to fool clients; guys its time to end this
