Pros

– Join this firm, if you cant find anything else to do – People are nice, by the way. Poor souls who have been conned in joining this company and whose careers are screwed now

Cons

– Apart from the name, there is nothing smart about this company – The work you will get, will have no relation to your academic background for 90% of the time – They will portray themselves as something they are not. DO NOT FALL FOR FANCY WORDS USED ON THE COMPANY's WEBSITE – The package they will offer you will compose of multiple factors, definition for which will be different in your and the company's dictionary; In essence, get ready to be paid with rotten peanuts – On top of it, they will charge you heavily for the cab and food. Yes, no food for you – Top management is full of jokers, whose aim is to fill their pockets only by hooks or crooks – There are too many HRs in the company, still no one will listen to your problems; every issue, you raise will be ignored by referring to "company policies" which they cook up on the spot – If you are from STEM background, and are from some good college, such as DU or DCE or BITS, NEVER, I repeat NEVER join this company

Pros

Sameer Walia is the only good thing here

Cons

The company is a not a good place to work. Behind the facade of enjoyment at work which they readily post of facebook is dark, grim environment where there will be no life left inside you. They expect a machine, not a human. Work-Life Balance will go for a a toss. The good ratings that you see here is all cooked by the army of HRs. Every bad review will be hidden by the 5 star reviews that these HRs give to boost the average rating. The pay is peanuts. They were good a few years back but in their quest for expansion they have killed the essence of the company. Now they have started recruiting from below avergae colleges because they have realised that people from good colleges that they were hiring before don't remain in this firm for a long time. Attrition rate is humongous. Most of the managers don't know an iota about analysis. They just know how to copy paste other analyst's report. Giving preference to English language reeks of 'elitism'. Someone who can't speak good English will not be able to adjust here.

Pros

Support functions like facilities, admin and infrastruture

Cons

This place is suited for people born and brought up in The Smart Cube. 1. The HRs are seriously bunch of useless people with no power and authority in case you have any conflict with your managers 2. Even if you discuss about your managers with senior managers, they will pass on full verbatim to your manager, thereby fueling the fire 3. The expectations are not set right from the beginning 4. Your entire career depends on some stupid managers, who don't have any knowledge but are getting benefits for staying longer in the organization 5. Work culture wise pathetic place to survive 6. Only sycophant people can survive and flourish here 7. In terms of transparency, they are fake- There have been many exits in the organization, without any notice periods 8. The play with your career. No scope and support in grooming yourself Overall a sick place to work.
