      Awful company! - Finance Team The Gym Group Employee Review

      Free access to Gym Close to station

      Cons

      Working in the finance department is terrible. The environment is awful. It used to be run by two psychotic women with very poor social skills who used to shout at people. They have left and now it has become a boys club with over-promoted people with inflated title.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the communication of the bonus scheme, I will ensure this is fed back to the relevant people. With regards to development plans, we have a great Coaching for Performance framework for discussing and identifying your development goals and I encourage you to discuss this with your GM if these conversations haven't already taken place.       Pros

      Staff are great and helpful always to help grow business and grow us as people and PTs. The members are great fun and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      The gym are making the PTs charge to much rent and should provide them with a little incentive to be able to earn money to work for them.
