      Pros

      - offices are conveniently located at the doorstep of East Croydon Rail Station

      Cons

      - Team is understaffed and workload is excessive for the typical 9-5. I was required to work until 9pm at times in order to complete the work. The reporting managers did not allow extra pay or extra holiday time in recognition of the extra hours worked, which was highly unreasonable. - The reporting finance managers were uptight and disrespectful to those below in the hierarchy which made it a very unpleasant place to work - Promises made during the interview were undelivered once I accepted the offer. - Very unprofessional place to work. When mistakes are made, management have no shame in swearing at colleagues to highlight faults made, which was highly inappropriate for a listed company.

With regards to development plans, we have a great Coaching for Performance framework for discussing and identifying your development goals and I encourage you to discuss this with your GM if these conversations haven't already taken place.       Pros

      Staff are great and helpful always to help grow business and grow us as people and PTs. The members are great fun and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      The gym are making the PTs charge to much rent and should provide them with a little incentive to be able to earn money to work for them.
