Pros
They hire people transitioning out of homelessness. But in 2020 after they laid off all their employees, they did not hire any of us back which is understandable due to COVID. But they did not come forward and instead continue to manipulate/mislead the public into thinking that they are still doing good. There were so many instances CEO announcing new product releases and adding that it goes to their mission to end homelessness. THIS IS UTTERLY RUBBISH AND A BIG FAT LIE. If this was just one time instance, its excusable but they have been practicing this misleading nature for the past 5 years.
Cons
The CEO is very incapable of running any business. To top it off, she has allowed so many toxic and bullying people to be hired as upper management. Need we talk about the aftermath. The employees working under the upper management were treated very poorly! The turnover was on a monthly basis. CEO was never in the office or involved with anything mentally and physically. She was always focusing on putting her face on her socials.
