The interview process was clear, and easy-going. I heard back very quickly, because they needed a replacement right away. They sent me a salary offer which I accepted, then later took it back and replaced with an hourly offer.

The interview experience was authentic and in depth. We stepped beyond the normal "interview" questions and instead focused on communication styles, dreams within the potential position, common professional interests and how they lend support to getting the job done. It felt like a real conversation and like I could bring my true self to that office. The HR gal and the potential boss were the type of people I'd want to be friends with and see on a daily basis.
