Pros
- Great staff, helpful and friendly management, tightly-knit team that all works together to get the job done.
- Very flexible roster and extremely kind and understanding scheduling manager.
- You get trained in a lot of areas, so if you want another hospo job later down the line, you're an expert almost everywhere.
Cons
- Shifts are a bit inconsistent, you have to work your butt off if you want a reliable roster.
- Can be extremely busy, or extremely quiet: you're either bored/assigned menial tasks, or practically running to keep up with how busy and chaotic it gets.
