Maintenance is a little slow

Dispatch and operations are often high-pressure environments, and I consistently saw individuals step up to meet challenges with professionalism and adaptability. Currently undergoing growing pains but they will get through them. These stretches are hard on the team right now, but their work life balance will improve once they have adjusted.
