- Internal IT is really bad in terms of quality and knowledge - Internal information provision (IO) is poor in terms of quality and knowledge - Extreme meeting culture where the same topics are discussed every week without any progress - Build and Run are not compatible, engineers feel superior to others - Management/CEO does not make decisions, Telindus has no testing facilities for engineers while this has been asked by many engineers for years - No internal education/training or transfers - No clear company vision or mission - Management has indicated for years that it wants to go to "managed services" and "services", but is not taking any action.
