Good company for lazy people

Telindus is an old company with the same management for decades, it looks like more an old factory than an IT company. The worst: they think they are good! This company is a joke and it is surprising that it is still there, perhaps with a captive Luxembourgish market. But with real competition, Telindus would already be dead for years. People are tired, unmotivated, there is no corporate culture, and not everyone cares. No follow-up meetings, nothing is seriously documented, except to make listeners believe that there is documentation that nobody reads. There is no internal process, everything works by email, service tools are prehistoric and the management does not want to change anything, they totally don't care about how people works. I have never seen a company so badly managed. And what's more, the offices on the Esch site are depressing and ugly. A tip: run away
