Everyone is ready to help to make sure deadline and the quality is not compromise. Great training program.

Cons

Too much favoritism. If your managers likes u then life is good. Bonus program and promotion program needs to revised. Not fair to those who are working hard.

-good work life balance -always something new to learn each day

Cons

-lack of career progression -work gets kind of stale after a while -lots of buzz words thrown around for the company direction without a real plan in place
