The engineers, team managers and local Business enable support teams are humble people who work everyday to improve themselves and their teams.
Cons
We have a thick layer of upper management and executives that has been working on reducing benefits, salaries, engagement budgets and backfills. The company has lost their humanistic approach and has focused on making money even when it affects the frontline employees. Benefits have all been eliminated or placed on hold.
