Thank you for your time to provide your feedback. We constantly make efforts to remain competitive and attractive as remuneration package. We offer several components to our overall package - base salary, incentive scheme and social benefits. Tek Experts is a pay-for-performance business that rewards people on their personal contribution. We offer our people across a number of technical business units the opportunity to earn a performance related bonus for meeting quality and productivity targets. At the end of 2022, we made a significant investment into our bonus plan to increase the amount of compensation that can be earned. This investment gives colleagues eligible for performance related bonuses the ability to earn a larger bonus directly aligned to performance. Alongside base pay, our total rewards package in Bularia includes other benefits including health insurance + dental package , transportation cards and food vouchers. Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
