      - You get to learn and work with Amazing MSFT Tech via support role

      Cons

      - Dont come here if you are looking for financial compensation. Just come and learn and leave to a better place with the knowledge. - They dont really care about employee's complaints. - I have never seen a place where almost everyone is disgruntled and just looking for a way to leave the company

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
