      Pros

      Good place to learn, and grow your technical skills and soft skills.

      Cons

      No salary structure, with very poor offer. Even after you're one year with the company, don't expect much in terms of salary increment. They won't even increase it up to 10% of your basic.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
