      * It's a job * You will have the job as long as you want but just that, the "job" * You get experience to find another job

      Cons

      - Salary - No first-world benefits - There's a clear social and workforce difference between the population - Unless there's no other alternative just don't expect it - Don't recommend for anyone that has something of experience

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
