Pros

Exposure to a major tech corporation; Fast-paced, engaging work; Stated emphasis on teamwork; freedom to break/lunch at own discretion; Clean environment; great social activities and committees; brand new building and furniture; young, talented and vibrant coworkers; teamwork; mostly a positive environment; start-up means plenty of room for advancement; HR; the only workplace I've ever felt welcome; overall good people.

Cons

Work-Life Balance is nonexistent in some positions and cause burnout; Low pay for certain positions exacerbates burnout; Favoritism observed and experienced; meetings canceled too often; cliques (can't be avoided anywhere); training is scattered and unpredictable; the person trying to fix the scattered training is no longer with the company ;) ; high turnover; inconsistency in the handling of issues related to the high turnover; inconsistencies and mysteries related to the high turnover result in low team morale and added fear/stress; individual conduct issues not handled in a timely manner leading to incidents which contribute to the high turnover; no gender-related restroom accommodations added to floor plan of new building prior to construction; bring back the recycling;

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
