      Great culture, work /life balance, remote opportunities.

      Cons

      Bare bones support system, company has not been busy or has not been doing well for quite some time which leads to massive layoffs. Blindsided by management when we were told we had job security. Pay is low for the market.

      Leadership is not real leadership. They are disorganized and unfocused. Not a place to stay long at. You are expected to carry the load with no gain.
