Pros
Great group of people, laid back culture, and a good work/life balance overall. Overall, the casual atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.
Cons
There is a feeling of disconnect across the company. Communication is lacking between internal departments, and processes are spotty at best. Management is trying, but there are some major gaps. Taylor and it's parent company, Syneos, have been trying to align since an acquisition that took place 4 years ago, but they often seem adversarial toward each other, and have completely separate processes. It appears that half of the company (hired post acquisition) is willing to work toward this goal, bringing new tools, and introducing new processes, and the other half (pre acquisition) rejects these attempts to bring the company forward, still doing business as if it's 2005.
