Tatari is still experiencing extreme growing pains especially within the Client Services department. The leadership team is heartless and ignorant to many of the employees’ recommendations and needs. There is a quite toxic culture at Tatari that requires consistent commitment to logging on early/getting off late, with no guarantee of being compensated for your hard work, especially if you are not are part of the small group of employees that have been there since the ‘early days’. They continue to change their policy on return to office, while promoting themselves as a ‘people first’ organization with a majority of employees wanting to remain remote. I would not recommend Tatari to any person that desires an organization that will foster career growth or provide compassion.
