The initial interviewers were friendly and the early stages of the process seemed promising. However, the experience shifted significantly once a new HR point of contact took over to coordinate the take-home assessment. This individual’s communication was consistently dismissive and unprofessional. Despite the significant amount of time and effort required to complete the comprehensive technical assignment, the company went completely silent after I submitted it. It is incredibly disappointing to put in hours of work only to receive zero feedback or even a basic status update. The lack of courtesy regarding a candidate's time was a major red flag.

Very long interview process. Initial call for an hour. Case study and then presentation. Final interview with python pandas and brain teasers. The team seems friendly and interviewers very helpful.
