Pros

You have an opportuntiy to earn extra money from October 15-December 7th because of AEP. You are required to work atleast 50 hours a week 6 days a week during this time. There is an opportunity to make extra money from the sales you make during this time. You can take your lunch and breaks when you want. You can also work from home on a hybrid schedule. The company provides breakfast, lunch and dinner during AEP season.

Cons

Management didn't tell us straight up that we would be dailing out and begging people to sign up for health plans, they made it seem like these were strickly inbound phone calls. Also, in 2022 AEP, it takes 35 sales applications to even earn a bonus of $4 per application lol. The company makes hundreds of dollars off one application and they will literally pay you a few dollars. It is already challenging to even get 2 sales a day so. The company claims you can make $30k-40k bouns during AEP but that means you would literally have to be selling 12+ health plans a day and people are struggling to even sale 2 plans a day. The base pay is only $17 an hr so after AEP you will barely have an income. This job is ONLY good from October- January because after that, the overtime and money is gone and people will start to quit because we can't survive off of $17.
