Pros
Good people, management looks for talent and people they can develop. Good benefits, autonomy, flexibility. This is sales though, so that is standard for the sales field. Not so much flexibility in production jobs.
Cons
Work/life balance can be tough if you are in sales. Expected to travel on short notice. Expected to stay late for events, dinners, etc. you have to be dedicated to the company of you want to advance. And pay is lower than industry standard.
