Pros
The people who work there; the flexibility with work hours; the work is mildly interesting.
Cons
The company has trouble executing projects and maintaining support processes. Too few resources for the size of the projects. Historically, the company has dealt with handshake and wink, wink contracts with small toll bridge authorities where lack of administrative, systems development and executive processes has not been crippling.. but company is presently trying to make headway in an arena of larger organizations and it is proving difficult. The resultant workplace? Chaotic and feels chronically stressed by schedules and lack of resources. Some sense that staff - primarily management - is not experienced enough with this type of project to pull off a change.
