Interview
You have to be invited to fill out an application then wait for an interview if the company chooses to hire you. Complete the temp period without missing any time and you are almost guaranteed an interview. Typical interview with 3 people present. My current team leader, my department manager and a HR representative. Interview took 30-40 minutes. No questions stood out. It was a standard interview, in and out process.
