Outdated applications used in all departments that make doing your job very inefficient. Poor communication. Always quick to complain about your work and rarely recognizes a job well done. Overall very disorganized and no set processes. Constantly changing how they want to do things. Don't follow their own core values. Most employees have to do the work of 2 or 3 people because they have either lost an employee in their department or have terminated someone.
