      High Turnover Rate

      None-Refer to the Cons. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

      Cons

      Micro managing and very high turnover rate. Not a place to work if you have a family. They hold monthly job fairs to keep up with the revolving door. This place is a joke. Cut throat environment.

      I'm sorry that your experience at TRL Systems has not been a satisfactory one. We're also committed to cultivating long-lasting relationships with our employees through offering professional development and industry training so you have the tools to move onward and upward with your career. While we've never held monthly job fairs, we do take recruitment efforts very seriously, as hiring the best candidates and the best culture fits is incredibly important to our mutual success as a team. Having said all that, we're not perfect and we're always looking for ways to improve and to make this company an even better place to work for you and the rest of our employees!       Red flags within the hiring process Look at cars in employee parking lot, if no one has a new, nicer car, then you know that the company is giving out other perks to keep you happy there. A living wage would be sufficient but here, they sell you on job perks. Inadequate training protocol, short tempers, unprofessionalism, low tolerance for first time mistakes. Extremely low. Would prefer not to ask questions more than once even tho they say you can ask over and over again, little compassion for a new trainee trying to navigate systems plus sub par attitudes. Not a lot of diversity here. Nepotism. Exclusivity. You will not be included or accepted if you are not their style. Period. Not impressed with training. Not impressed with the hiring process. Some people waste the entire day fooling around. Gossip Will throw you under the bus to make themselves look better. Low pay. Expensive benefits. Lots of mistakes from senior staff training you but go unlooked. You will take blame for all mistakes durning training. Be prepared to be the scapegoat, the guinea pig, the on at fault.       Fun - Rewarding - Super Team

      I love this place!!! The work is challenging and rewarding! Working on the service side of TRL always keeps me on my toes but in a great way! We are always evolving and changing to make sure our customers needs are met as well as the needs of our service technicians. The work is tough at times but when I go home at the end of the day I feel accomplished and proud that I'm apart of such an amazing team. I especially love all the people that work here, everyone is so friendly and willing to share their knowledge to help you learn and grow. To say this is a team atmosphere is an understatement. This company holds multiple employee events every year just to show their gratitude and appreciation for us all. It really is amazing that they put in so much time, effort and big money to hold these events just for us. I've never worked for a company that truly cares 24/7 - not just the 8 you are here. This is a family atmosphere. If you are willing to work hard as apart of this team then this is the place for you. We hold a high standard here and excel at everything we do - that's why we have the name and clientele we do. I wake up everyday and I'm excited to go to work, I love my job and I love the people I work with who have become friends and family.

      Cons

      Gaining weight.... there are always treats and food provided in the break room. But on the upside, there are several fitness teams here that do regular meet ups to work out and encourage each other to live a healthy lifestyle ;)
