TRL Systems Response
7yMy heart broke when I read this review, it’s truly the opposite of what we like to hear. I want to thank you for writing it, giving us all a chance to reflect on what you might have experienced. I want to personally apologize for your unpleasant experience at TRL and for the part I played in making your time at TRL less than optimal. We spend a lot of time and energy trying to make TRL a great place to work and socialize, with our events, employee surveys and open-door policies, it is truly important to us that our TRL team understands that they are valuable and important to our success.
I know that I can come off as aloof or stressed and that is something that I work on every day. The truth is that I’m an introvert and a perfectionist. I’m usually thinking "darn it, I could have done that better" or "why didn’t see that coming?" I’m in my own head a lot of the time. Please accept my apology and know that I/we truly and sincerely appreciate all of our hardworking teammates and we want everyone to feel like family.
