- I left firmly believing that it is an organisation based on “the more of a bully you are the further you’ll go”. If you’re mates with one of the bullies you’ll be ok. If not, best change trains.

- The HR team was by far one of the worst areas I have seen and feel sorry for those who work in it.The bullying culture in the team was widely discussed across the business , alleged perpetrators know and complaints/concerns ignored. The turnover in itself should have led to an independent investigation, never mind the official complaints that were raised and ignored.
