Pros
Reasonable hours, great location (downtown Toronto), some longstanding colleagues with depth of experience
Cons
No mentorship provided to employees, no direction from senior management, lots of projects started but never finished, low morale, open concept workspace difficult to work in, restructuring so no growth opportunities, salary caps (along with no growth opportunities)...the list goes on. If you are young and ambitious, this is not the place for you.
