Pros
There really weren’t many, the most awful business I have ever worked for.
Cons
It is so badly run, the worst HR team I have ever encountered, so junior and so amateur. I am really not sure how the business has run as long as it has, it is just terrible. Please run as fast as you can. People stay for many many years as they would struggle to find a role in any other business. I am not sure how above board things are here.
