Cons

Corporate greed x100. The focus has shifted from employee and customer satisfaction to maximizing profits at any cost. They started laying off employees to replace them with offshore agents, reducing job security for current employees. Employees are being forced into Voluntary Separation Programs (VSPs) under the guise of voluntary exits, leaving them with no real choice. The environment is now fraught with anxiety, with employees fearing that any mysterious meeting could signal their termination.
