      Pros

      They were at one time a good company that cared.

      Cons

      New VP, Customer Service looking to pad bottom line at the expense of Canadian jobs and serving their Canadian customers well. It makes their advertising false and hollow. The don't care about CS and their Canadian Customers. They only care about record profits to pad Executive Compensation packages.
